You can be one of the hardest working people in the gym, and in the kitchen when you’re dieting hard, but, in some cases, you may actually be doing more harm than good. Exercise is, without a doubt, essential for high energy levels, reduced stress, and an overall increased vitality. Without proper rest and a sufficient amount of sleep on a routine basis, then you are not truly maximizing your potential to make progress in fitness.
