GOAL SETTING

It’s always a good thing to decide to take care of your body through exercise and proper nutrition, but people oftentimes end up spinning their wheels and working hard for minimal results due to their mindset and their root cause for training. Fitness can be simplified into 1) athleticism, and 2) aesthetics. If your goal is aesthetics, ask yourself if you want to put on muscle and bulk up, or if you want to drop weight and lean out (or maybe a combination of both!). If performance is the goal, then you have to decide if you are doing this for a specific sport or event that you may be interested in . Either way, it is important to sit down and ask yourself what your goals are. This will give you a clear vision and will serve as your main source of inspiration and motivation for the duration of your fitness journey.
