On that same note, any type of physical activity is good. People experience what people call “paralysis by analysis” when they overthink their workout plan. They debate between weightlifting, running, swimming, or some other fourth thing. It is important to exercise (in general) on a somewhat regular basis (at the very least once or twice a week). If The Rock can wake up at 4am every day to workout with a schedule as busy as his own, then typical ‘everyday’ people can manage a workout at least once or twice a week for even just 30 minutes per session. This is possible for every able-bodied person despite any time constraints if they prioritize their own personal health and well being.
